We need your baritone, euphonium, tuba, and sousaphone students to form our annual ensemble for TUBACHRISTMAS.

We have been performing seasonal music in downtown Ann Arbor since 1997. Our performers have ranged in age from 12 to 60+ and in ability from middle school band student to professional performer. We do our best to pair younger players with more experienced musicians.

We rehearse for two hours and then perform a concert with as many carols as we can prepare. Key signatures range from C to Ab. Anyone who can play eighth notes and a couple of tunes in 6/8 is ready to join us.

We perform from the same quartet book each year. The one-time cost of the book is $16. Bass clef and treble clef versions are available at registration. The registration fee is $10.

TUBACHRISTMAS was founded by Harvey Phillips in 1974. More information about the history of the event and other performances throughout the United States can be found at www.tubachristmas.com
