The Band Awards Ceremony & Banquet is on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. We’re excited for this special end-of-year event for band students in all grades and their family members!
The event will include a review of this past year, recognition of our award-winning bands, distribution of band awards (festival medals, letters, numbers, pins), paper plate awards, a photo slideshow of our seniors and the events of this past year, food, and live jazz.
It will begin in the auditorium at 6:30 PM with the ceremony (no RSVP). After the awards, we will move to the cafeteria, and a catered dinner from Genitti’s (all students & family must RSVP) will be served at 7:30 PM. The Jazz Ensemble will perform in the cafeteria after dinner at 8:15 PM. Please note that you do not need to RSVP “yes” for the dinner in order to join us in the cafeteria after the ceremony; stick around to socialize and enjoy the live music performance!
All who would like the catered dinner must RSVP by DATE TBD. Band students and siblings 9 years and under are free of charge; parents/adults and siblings 10 years and over are COST TBD.
SENIOR PARENTS!! Be on the lookout for an email to request senior photos for the slideshow.
BAND PHOTOS!! We are looking for any general fun photos of our band kids of all grades that you may have taken throughout the year that we can include in the slideshow. These can be emailed to proutyjennifer@gmail.com.
