Tickets must be purchased via Ludus. Both concerts have assigned seating and begin at 7:00 PM with a band performance. The Music Boosters Raffle Ticket drawing will take place on Wednesday, December 18 at 8:00 PM. Purchase your Raffle Tickets at the link below and share with family and friends!
This Week’s Schedule
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10: Marching Uniform Return, Jazz Ensemble Rehearsal, and Music Boosters Meeting
- Marching Uniform Return at 7:30 – 8:30 AM and 2:30 – 4:30 PM.
- KEEP: Polos, Gloves, Marching Shoes. These are STUDENT-OWNED articles that are used from year to year. Email Adam if you need replacements.
- RETURN: Jacket ($200), Bibbers ($90), Shako ($50), Shako Box ($10), Plume ($20), Plume Holder ($5), Black Hanger ($5), Garment Bag ($10), Color Guard Tunic ($80). Replacement fees are listed for each article if not returned. These are DISTRICT-OWNED articles that are redistributed each marching season.
- ALL STUDENTS MUST RETURN ALL DISTRICT-OWNED MARCHING UNIFORM ARTICLES THIS DAY ONLY.
- If you are unable to return your uniform on this day, you must send your uniform with a fellow bandmate to turn it in for you.
- If your uniform is not turned in during these times, are responsible for personally paying for dry cleaning fees and/or paying to replace missing or paying to repair damaged articles. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- SENIORS: Any missing articles or unpaid fees for missing/damaged articles will result in your graduation cap, gown, and diploma being held. You will be unable to participate in the graduation ceremony on Sunday, June 1, 2025 if articles are not returned or fees are not paid.
- Jazz Ensemble Rehearsal at 2:30 – 3:30 PM.
- Music Boosters Meeting at 7:00 – 8:30 PM in the Northville District Library Friends Meeting Room.

- Tuxedo Fitting and Distribution for Symphonic Band 11/12 and Jazz Ensemble during band classes. Email Adam if you are if you are in Symphonic Band 11/12 or Jazz Ensemble and do not have a tuxedo shirt and/or bowtie.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12: Tuxedo Fitting and Distribution & Jazz Ensemble Rehearsal

NHS MUSIC BOOSTERS OPPORTUNITIES – Website
- The Boosters need volunteers to sell raffle tickets! Please visit the Music Boosters SignUp Genius to help out. The Raffle will be drawn at 8:00 PM at the December 18 Choir & Band Holiday Concert. You do not need to be present to win.
- Designate the Boosters to earn money when you shop at Kroger and Busch’s.
- Parents can attend monthly Boosters meetings. Check the Boosters website and the Band website/calendar for the meeting schedule.
BAND SPIRIT WEAR
- Email Adam if you would like to purchase spirit wear, such as Halftime is Gametime shirts, show shirts from previous marching seasons, or Front Ensemble crewnecks.
