Music Boosters Raffle Tickets are on sale for $20. Each music department family must purchase or sell at least 5 Raffle Tickets ($100 worth).
Music Boosters Yard Signs are available for purchase for $100. Orange music notes are for all students. White music staff is only for TrebleMakers and BackBeat.
Register for MSBOA District Solo & Ensemble Festival (optional) by Wednesday, October 14, 2026 @ 5:30 PM. The S&E Percussion Ensemble Octet will be registered by Mr. Kollipara.

- Marching Band Rehearsal @ 2:30 – 5:00 PM. Bring all Marching Band rehearsal necessities and dress for the weather.
- Drumline Sectional @ 5:15 – 10:00 PM, beginning in Band Room. Dinner Break @ 7:00 – 8:00 PM. Resume @ 8:00 – 10:00 PM in Main Gym.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1: Music Leadership Workshop (optional); Drumline Sectional
- Music Leadership Workshop in Orchestra/Ensemble Room 132 @ 6:00 – 7:00 AM with Dr. Ray-Hepp. These optional workshops held on Thursday mornings are open to all NHS music students.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2: Marching Band Performances for Hallway Parade, Pep Rally, Homecoming Parade, and Football Game vs. Fordson Tractors
- Marching Band Hallway Parade Performance: Report to Band Room @ 7:50 AM.
- Marching Band & Drumline Pep Rally Performances: Report to Band Room @ 12:10 PM.
- HOMECOMING PARADE & FOOTBALL GAME vs. Fordson Tractors
- Attire: Marching Uniform – jacket, bibbers, shako, plume, gloves, long black socks, marching shoes; be sure to wear at minimum a short sleeve shirt and shorts under the uniform (no tank tops or hoodies).
- Locations: NPS Board Office Parking Lot (no dropoff or staging at Library) / March to Sports Den Stadium
- Report to NHS (Leadership and Front Ensemble) to Load Trailer: 4:00 PM
- Front Ensemble unloads trailer at Stadium, then reports to Parade. Drumline sets up drum stands in bleachers. Sousaphones and Color Guard transport their own equipment directly to Parade, but can load instruments on the trailer after the game.
- ALL STUDENTS Report to Parade: 5:00 PM
- Parade: 6:00 – 6:30 PM
- Pre-Game Performance: Marching Show @ 6:40 PM
- Kickoff: 7:00 PM

VOLUNTEERING
- Visit the Band SignUp for opportunities to volunteer with our band program.
- We have nearly 300 volunteer slots this year. We ask each family to participate at least once, but more is better.
MUSIC BOOSTERS
- Designate the Boosters to earn money when you shop at Kroger and Busch’s. These programs require an annual renewal.
- Parents can attend monthly Boosters meetings. Visit the Boosters Page for the meeting schedule.
