WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14: Marching Band Rehearsal, District S&E Registration Deadline (optional)
- Marching Band Rehearsal @ 2:30 – 5:00 PM for ALL STUDENTS. Bring all Marching Band rehearsal necessities and dress for the weather.
- MSBOA District S&E Registration due no later than 5:30 PM. Payments with completed must be in a labeled envelope and placed in the white mailbox in the Band Room.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15: Music Leadership Workshop (optional), Pep Band Rehearsal, Meads Mill Community Open House
- Music Leadership Workshop in Orchestra/Ensemble Room 132 @ 6:00 – 7:00 AM with Dr. Ray-Hepp. These optional workshops held on Thursday mornings are open to all NHS music students.
- Pep Band Rehearsal @ 3:30 – 4:30 PM. This is an important rehearsal that will go over the routine for the Meads Mill Pep Rally.
- Meads Mill Community Open House @ 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Stop by to see the new 2023 Bond construction and renovations!

- You must be signed up through the Pep Band Google Form for this performance by 4:30 PM on Thursday, October 15 (at the end of Pep Band Rehearsal) in order to pick up a parking lot exit slip from the attendance office!
- Mr. Kollipara is at Meads Mill, so Pep Band students are responsible for picking up their exit slips, timely departure from NHS, and timely arrival at Meads Mill.

- Annual Cancer Run/Walk hosted by Mr. Kollipara. This is not a band performance, just an invitation to participate as a runner/walker.

VOLUNTEERING
- Visit the Band SignUp for opportunities to volunteer with our band program.
- We have nearly 300 volunteer slots this year. We ask each family to participate at least once, but more is better.
MUSIC BOOSTERS
- Designate the Boosters to earn money when you shop at Kroger and Busch’s. These programs require an annual renewal.
- Parents can attend monthly Boosters meetings. Visit the Boosters Page for the meeting schedule.
